We assist you in attending community gatherings, hobby groups, or cultural activities, both in-person and online. - Appointment & Service Visits
Whether it’s a personal appointment or a visit to essential services, your carer can accompany you to ensure you feel confident and supported throughout. - Check-In Support
We also provide telephone and web-based check-in services for regular social connection, reassurance, and well-being monitoring.
Transport Assistance
We offer safe and reliable transport options to help you get to medical appointments, social activities, and errands with confidence and ease. Depending on your mobility and support needs, we provide two types of transport services:
- Direct Transport (Carer-Driven Vehicle)
Travel comfortably with your carer, who will drive their own car and accompany you throughout the journey. This is suitable for clients who do not require specialised mobility support. - Indirect Transport (Taxi with Carer Escort)
For clients who use a wheelchair or require two-person assistance with transfers, you need travel in an access taxi. Your carer will travel with you in the taxi to provide support before, during, and after the trip.
